Fault
If an accident was your client’s fault, they can still use their own choice of repairer, rather than relying on their insurers’ recommended repairer. We can refer your client to a solicitor for assistance in this area, if they are having difficulties.


Non-Fault
If a client has an accident that wasn’t their fault, they are entitled to a full repair using manufacturer’s parts, to the standards set by an independent engineer. We believe that this gives the client a higher standard of repair than if non-manufacturer’s parts are used, or if insurance recommended repairers are used, under pressure to cut costs.
We provide an interest free 11-month period for your client’s solicitor to recover those repair charges from the insurer of the driver at fault.
