Non-Fault

If a client has an accident that wasn’t their fault, they are entitled to a full repair using manufacturer’s parts, to the standards set by an independent engineer. We believe that this gives the client a higher standard of repair than if non-manufacturer’s parts are used, or if insurance recommended repairers are used, under pressure to cut costs. We provide an interest free 11-month period for your client’s solicitor to recover those repair charges from the insurer of the driver at fault.
